Everything You Need to Know About Our Luxury Restroom Rentals

What’s included with the rental?

Each trailer comes fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in every stall. Your rental also includes delivery, setup, and pickup within a 20 km radius. Any locations beyond the 20 km radius will incur an additional fee—please refer to our Travel Allowance FAQ for more details. Additionally, we provide 2x 200ft extension cords for electrical needs, as well as door mats to be placed under the stairs to help maintain cleanliness.

What is included in the travel allowance?

Delivery and pick-up are included within a 20 km radius of our location. For venues beyond this radius, an additional travel fee of $2.25/km applies for both delivery and pick-up, calculated on the distance exceeding the initial 20 km radius.

Do I need to sign a Waiver Form for your services?

Yes, a waiver form must be signed prior to the event. During the booking process, the waiver form will be provided and is required to proceed with your reservation. If the waiver form is not completed, you risk forfeiting your selected event date.

Do you require a deposit for your services?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required based on our starting price of $1,800.00 + HST. Once your information has been reviewed by our consultant, including mileage to your venue from our primary location in St. Thomas and any additional add-ons (e.g., generator fee, water delivery charge), a price adjustment will be made. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.

When do I need to pay for your services?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on the initial starting price of $1,800.00 + HST. After our consultant reviews the details, including mileage and any additional add-ons, the final price will be adjusted. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, you risk losing your event date and forfeit your deposit. We are happy to arrange alternate payment plans in advance, but ample notice must be given. If full payment is not received by the day before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the service. Payment reminders and instructions will be sent to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.

Do your trailers have running water and electricity?

Yes, our luxury restroom trailers are equipped with running water and electricity. They require access to a standard garden hose connection and a regular 15-amp outlet. For locations without utilities, we offer self-contained options with water and generator add-ons. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly and adjust the pricing if necessary.

How many guests can each trailer accommodate?

Our current trailer is ideal for events with 50–150 guests. Let us know your guest count, and we’ll recommend the best setup for your needs. We are in the process of acquiring a larger unit for the 2026 wedding season to serve events with more than 150 guests. If your guest count exceeds 150, please contact us directly to be placed on our waiting list. If we receive high demand for a larger trailer, we may be able to expedite its addition to our fleet.

Do the washrooms have heating or air conditioning?

Absolutely—our trailers are climate-controlled for year-round comfort.

How much space is needed for delivery and setup?

We require a relatively flat area approximately 10 feet wide by 25 feet long with clear vehicle access. During booking, we can help assess your site—whether through an in-person visit, virtual consultation, or by reviewing photos of your venue. Final placement will be determined on the day of the event, considering factors like weather, foot traffic, vehicle access, and required safety clearances.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings and high-demand dates. However, last-minute rentals are always welcome if we have availability.

What if my venue has no water or power?

No problem—Event Ready Restrooms offers water and generator add-ons for fully off-grid setups. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can adjust your quote and ensure everything is prepared for a smooth experience.

Do you service the unit during the event?

For multi-day events or those with high traffic, we do offer on-site servicing to ensure the trailer remains clean and fully operational. Additional charges will apply for this service. For most single-day events, it is the client’s responsibility to monitor the facility. We recommend appointing someone—such as a wedding coordinator or venue manager—to check in periodically and ensure everything remains fresh and functional.

Do you offer 24/7 assistance if issues arise with the trailer?

Yes, we provide 24/7 assistance should any issues arise during your rental. On the day of your event, you will receive a laminated instruction sheet outlining basic troubleshooting tips, and we will review all essential information with your designated event contact on-site. If further support is needed, our team is available to visit the site to resolve the issue.
